Steven is a CPA-qualified fractional CFO with three decades of commercial advisory experience across the manufacturing, wholesale, hospitality and professional services industries. He combines professional-practice technical expertise with more than 20 years of helping SME owners and directors scale their businesses and navigate the complexity that comes with growth. Steven is a hands-on operator who also brings board-level insight to aligning finance with strategy and managing risk. He’s passionate about building trusting professional relationships with his clients and supporting them to achieve their business goals. 

Ruadhan is an experienced CFO with over 25 years’ experience in financial management roles in Ireland, Australia and the UK, across a variety of industries such as financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, real estate and utilities, bringing hands-on expertise in operations, reporting, M&A, and portfolio finance. He has been instrumental in expanding business growth and fostering relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholders. He has achieved impactful results through the implementation of best practice financial operating procedures & policies and execution of cost control initiatives. Ruadhan has demonstrated ability to improve financial transparency across the organisation through detailed audits and procedure reviews.

Olivia is a commercially focused CFO with over 15 years’ experience partnering with founders and leadership teams across technology, hospitality and small business environments.  She specialises in helping businesses gain clarity over performance and growth, translating financial data into practical insights that support confident decision-making. Olivia has also worked in a fractional CFO capacity and held COO responsibilities, giving her a strong understanding of how financial decisions translate into day-to-day operations. She is known for her clear communication style, commercial mindset and ability to simplify complex financial information.

Tom is an accomplished CFO and COO with over 20 years’ experience partnering with CEOs, boards and private‑equity stakeholders across recruitment, professional services, construction, performing arts and technology‑enabled businesses. He specialises in translating strategy into execution, helping leadership teams drive margin discipline, cash‑flow reliability and scalable growth through clear operating rhythms, governance and data‑led decision‑making. Tom has led finance, operations and company secretarial functions in PE‑backed environments, supporting acquisition activity, integration and interstate expansion.

A highly capable CFO, Bill has worked in executive roles as CFO, Treasurer, Company Secretary and Director Finance. Leading teams in changing markets, volatile economies, and growth businesses for some of the world’s largest listed, private equity and family companies, Bills breadth of experience spans a multitude of industries including logistics, retail, technology, manufacturing, agriculture, and resources industries.
